



Paralegals
Gerard T. Hall graduated from Mayfield High School and
New Mexico State University. He holds a Master's Degree from Boston
College. Gerard is a member of the American Association for Justice
(Paralegal Affiliate), Connecticut Association of Paralegals and
the National Notary Association. He joined The Reardon Law Firm
after years in teaching and information work. Gerard has been employed
by The Reardon Law Firm, P.C. since 2004, providing legal support
in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful
death.
Ann O'Reilly was raised in Mystic, Connecticut
and graduated from St. Bernards High School in New London.
She attended the University of New Haven and earned a Certificate
in Paralegal Studies. Thereafter, she earned her Bachelor of Arts
degree, majoring in Political Science with a concentration in Pre-Law
and a minor in Financial Accounting. Ann began her career in 1973
in the area of Estate Planning, and previously held positions as
a Legal Administrator and Senior Paralegal. In addition, she has
taught various college courses in the Paralegal Studies program.
Joining The Reardon Law Firm, P.C. in 2006, Ann provides
legal support in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice
and wrongful death.
Michelle L. Impellitteri was raised in East Lyme and attended East Lyme High School. She attended The University of Connecticut where she completed a course in Real Estate Principles and Practices. Michelle has been employed in the legal field since 1989 with an extensive background performing work in the areas of real estate, family law, probate, estate planning and personal injury litigation. She has been a Notary since 1990 and has taken many continuing education courses. Michelle is a member of the American Association for Justice (Paralegal Affiliate), and the National Notary Association. Michelle provides legal support in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death litigation.
Marsha L. Loewenberg was raised in Iowa and graduated from the University of Northern Iowa at Cedar Falls with a degree in English. She taught Junior High English first in Iowa, and then was selected as part of a teacher recruitment scheme to teach in Australia. For the past 25 years, Marsha has been employed in law offices in Canberra, ACT, Australia, Idaho Falls, Idaho and Denver, Colorado. She is a member of the American Association for Justice (Paralegal Affiliate). Marsha joined The Reardon Law Firm in 2003 and assumed the position of Legal Administrator in 2005.
Deborah A. Kulla was raised in Brooklyn, Connecticut and attended Killingly High School. She graduated from Three Rivers Community College were she received her Associate's Degree in Accounting. Deborah has been employed in the accounting field since 1989 and has been employed by The Reardon Law Firm since 1997 as the Accounting Administrator.
