Attorney Kelly Reardon has reached a settlement in a case involving two Maryland residents who were struck as they were walking on the side of the road while on vacation in Cape Cod. The two Plaintiffs, both of whom were injured, have received a $530,000 settlement. The case involved a commercial fisherman who stopped his vehicle on the roadway and then backed up into the Plaintiffs as they were taking a walk, causing them severe injuries. The resolution was reached after extensive negotiations and depositions in the case.
