$1 Million Settlement Achieved in Medical Malpractice Case

The Reardon Law Firm settled a medical malpractice case on behalf of a woman whose primary care doctor prescribed the wrong treatment for her diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis. The doctor failed to send the plaintiff to a specialist after she was diagnosed with MS and instead gave her the wrong dosage of medication, which failed to prevent the progression of the disease. The $1 million was all insurance coverage available to her.
