Attorney Kelly Reardon obtained a $345,000 settlement for a graduate school student who was rear-ended in Groton as she was delivering Christmas cookies to her friends. The other driver was intoxicated and had been drinking at an office holiday party. The victim suffered serious back and neck injuries that will require surgery.
