The Reardon Law Firm has successfully resolved a case involving a Waterford Woman who was injured when the driver of the truck in which she was a passenger lost control and slammed into a tree. The collision happened in July of 2013 in the Nehantic State Forest. The victim suffered from a spinal fracture, a sacral fracture and pelvic fracture, that required surgery. The case settled for $575,000 after extensive negotiations.
