TRLF Obtains $1.5 Million Settlement For Victims Of A Bus Versus Van Crash

In February of 2011, Attorney Robert I. Reardon, Jr. won a $1.5 million settlement for two handicapped individuals who were severely injured in a crash between a Southeast Area Transit Bus and a passenger van in which the two men were being transported. One victim suffered a fractured leg and hip, requiring his leg to be amputated. The other man suffered three broken ribs, a punctured lung and broken vertebrae.
