Elizabeth R. Tress

Attorney Elizabeth R. Tress represents plaintiffs in complex civil litigation at The Reardon Law Firm, with a practice focused on personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, product liability, and other negligence actions, including claims against governmental entities and cases involving sexual abuse/assault.

In representing her clients, Attorney Tress approaches each case with a comprehensive litigation strategy, working to develop the factual record and legal arguments necessary to present their claims as effectively as possible. She focuses on understanding the full scope of a client’s injuries and the surrounding circumstances in order to pursue every viable avenue of recovery.

Attorney Tress earned a dual JD/MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Law and received her Bachelor of Science from New York University. She is admitted to practice in Connecticut and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
